When I have to run my Angular project or any ng command, the system shows the below error:

Any Solution... I'm new on Angular and i have just started to learn !
Thanks for your attention. I’m looking forward to your answers.
First, you have to need to open the command prompt and run this command.
set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned -Scope CurrentUser
Now you have to run the second command on your system. This command is:
Get-ExecutionPolicy
When you have run this command your system has a show “RemoteSigned”. If you have received this message, then your problem will be solved. Now you have to go to the next step to view the list of policy which policy has been updated by the last commands.
To view their policy, you need to run this command in your command prompt:
Get-ExecutionPolicy -list
When you run this command, a few policies are shown on your monitor screen.
Now you can see your system execution policy list. You have successfully solved your problem. Now you need to go to the command prompt and check that your problem is solved.

The problem is with your node version.
try this solution on github and it should work for you.
Here is two option now -
Try to uninstall Node.js version 17+ and reinstall the Node.js version 16+
Open terminal and paste these as described :
Linux & Mac OS (windows git bash)-
export NODE_OPTIONS=--openssl-legacy-provider
Windows command prompt-
set NODE_OPTIONS=--openssl-legacy-provider

Getting EISDIR error from NodeJS when attempting to start app via Expo (React Native)

I'm getting the old 'directory is not a file' error with Node, and the output does not make it clear what exactly it's trying to parse. I've tried putting logging in and everything to find the issue, and even created a brand new project but the issue persists. Can anyone shed any light on this?
Error: EISDIR: illegal operation on a directory, read

The problem turned out to be that some of the versions of modules that I installed using npm were not compatible with expo. These were indicated earlier than the error in the output for the 'expo start' command. Because these were info logs, I didn't pay enough attention to them. However, after several hours I decided to fix them and it fixed my problem.
The fix was to follow each individual package named in the output and run 'expo install '.
Make sure the entryPoint key in your app.config.js or app.json file is correctly set.
I had an intermittent error very similar to this and it was related to a bug with remote debugging.
Turning off "Debug Remote JS" in the Expo Go app shake-to-show developer menu avoided this issue for me (logs and errors still show in the Metro console).
Here's the exact error message I was getting (and sometimes the app would just fail silently without any error). It's almost identical to the error in the question with a few different line numbers (maybe from different versions).
Error: EISDIR: illegal operation on a directory, read
at Object.readSync (node:fs:721:3)
at tryReadSync (node:fs:431:20)
at Object.readFileSync (node:fs:477:19)
at UnableToResolveError.buildCodeFrameMessage
As for "why", there's some related discussion on this expo forum thread which in turn links to this React Native bug (claimed to be fixed in Expo CLI 4.13.1 but many users reporting similar issues in recent versions).
It might be related to the reported issues with Reanimated 2 and Expo's remote debugging (see this reanimated issue and the warning note in Expo's documentation) for Reanimated.

My system : xp + gvim+node.js
I have open gvim to edit a javascript sentence ,the file has no name yet.
print(sum(range(1, 10)));
when i input
:w !node
I get the error outputs :
C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe /c ( node ^<C:\DOCUME~1\sanya\LOCALS~1\Temp\VIi8C.tmp)
print(sum(range(1, 10)));

Hit any key to close this window...
How can i fix the error?
when i change the print(sum(range(1, 10))); into print("hallo world"); in gvim ,and input w ! node,i got the same output?
why in javasript window in eloquentjavascript.net/chapter1.html ,i can get right answer?
You must define the "range", "sum", and "print" functions.
Once you do that your JavaScript code will be executable by the node interpreter.
Also, the use of gvim is irrelevant here. Running that code from the command line will have the same results.

I am going through AngularJS tutorials, and I am stuck on the tutorial for running Testacular tests. I get the following error:
Starting Testacular Server (http://vojtajina.github.com/testacular)
-------------------------------------------------------------------
info: Testacular server started at http://localhost:9876/
info (launcher): Starting browser Chrome
error (launcher): Cannot start Chrome

error (launcher): Cannot start Chrome

info (launcher): Trying to start Chrome again.
error (launcher): Cannot start Chrome
execvp(): No such file or directory
When I search for the problem, there are similar users that have this problem but they are using Windows. I am using Linux Mint.
It is just a small problem in config files' list of browsers. You should change the name of the browser in the configuration files under config/ directory: config/testacular.conf.js and testacular-e2e.conf.js.
If you are using chromium browser set the list of browsers to 'chromium-browse', instead of 'Chrome' like this.:
browsers = ['chromium-browser'];
Here is an ss of my testacular.conf.js file: .
If you would like to include more than one browser for you tests you can add the name of the other browsers installed in your system:
browsers = ['chromium-browser', 'firefox'];
If you are not sure about the name of your chrome browser this should help in the terminal:
ls /usr/bin/ | grep -i chrom
