How can I access the second ID from here?
Try this:
db.collection.find({job: {_id: theIdYouWantToAccess }})
There's more info in the MongoDB documentation, depending on what you want to do.

I add an employee but then I can update and delete.
Please help me.
my database oic for reference is below
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1wxWmFawOYfOTYz3e7Vl0MoHUsOFPBY1A
you can refer how to set the attribute of the column at the image.
you don't input the middle name when you save the new data.
so you have to set for "middlename" column to allow Null.

I'm trying to grab the url for featured_image. How do I go about this?
result["featured_image"] ...
featured_image: [
"http://192.168.23.23/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/formal_table.jpg",
984,
500,
false
]
Since featured_image is an array you could use the following,
result["featured_image"][0]
to access the URL, that is in the zeroth index of that array.

The selected option's value can be accessed easily but what about others?
$('#mySelectID option:eq(1)') to select the 2nd option. From there, do whatever you want.
EDIT: Oops sorry, edited index.
