I would like my app to display a message when it's closed/killed. it can be either an alert or a prompt
I was not able to find any library that can help me achieve that. is there any simple tutorial or library you recommend.
I am not speaking about sending push notification when the app is closed. my goal is to have the notification triggered only when the app is closed/killed.
Thanks,
As far as I know, there is no way to show an alert from react-native when the app was closed because when you close an app, the js engine from react-native used for communication with native modules will be killed as well

Need good resources for learning React - tutorials, video series, books, etc.
Some websites just provide the basics of React but I need guidance on how to get started with developing a full-fledged website with multiple react components.

I start learn TypeScript. I'm looking for extensions in VisualStudio or Re#, which will show live JavaScript based on TypeScript written by me
Could you recommend something like that? I use VS 2015 with Re#.
That's not a tool but you should definitely check https://www.typescriptlang.org/play/ as it does what you need. It's a home website for typescript language.

Is there a good alternative to TogetherJS? Its GitHub hasn't had any activity for months, and this post says its currently dead with its future uncertain.
The feature most unique to TogetherJS as apposed to say, ShareJS, is the ability to see another person's cursor for use in troubleshooting/remote assistance.
Try ShareJS, it is similar!
ShareJS is an Operational Transform library for NodeJS & browsers
