Passing Props Child -> Parent -> Other Child - javascript

I'm trying to create a basic form that, once input is submitted, sends data to the parent and is then rendered in a list as a card. Documentation has been pointing me towards using the Event Bus, but it all seems a little too over engineered for such a simple task. Not to mention its not working xD. Am I on the right track here? or missing the whole idea?
The Data seems to be updating on submit, but I'm not seeing a card render. I'm also seeing the follow error,
Property or method "initiativeList" is not defined on the instance but referenced during render.
I do, however, notice a particularly odd change in the render. Instead of a child being rendered in EncounterList.js the child's attributes are merging into the parent .
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Why cant i bind data to my v-model when passing data from parent to child component?

I would like to pass data from my parent to child component and bind data to a input field through v-model to display data from my api call in parent component. But it seems to be problem when binding to input field i get this error message:

Props should be read readonly.
Your dataIn approach needs a watcher that will update your dataIn whenever your data props change

It seems that you want to make change to your data on your child component, you have to make it two-way binding. You should change your child code like this ( you are using custom q-input in your component and the attributes may differ a little but it is the same concept) :

Clear v-model input from method in Vue2

I have a form with two datepickers and a button to clear each one of them as follows:

And works pretty well, but it's not so much reusable.
Is there a way to achieve this with a single clearField() function and pass the model as a parameter or something? Should I do my own custom component to make it work?
You could completely get rid of the methods by just doing the assignment directly in the template:

That way you have the clearing logic directly next to the model.

In the code above when I finish filling up the form and click next button the data is sent to the state and we are guided to another route named "Location".
When I click back button in the "Location" route I'm back to route named "Basic".
The issue here is when I'm brought back to the route named "Basic" the form fields are empty although they are binded with the data object.
How do I populate these input fields when I return back to same route ?

The problem of data transfer between two child components

Good afternoon, I have two child components Header and Pagination. In Header, I have an input search engine and two inputs (title and body) in order to be able to add a post to Pagination. I managed to transfer the search value to the Pagination component, but I don’t know how to transfer the value from two inputs (title, body). I use to transfer the event bus. Help me please pass the value of the two inputs (title, body) into the Pagination component when you click the AddPost button.

I have not worked on vue js but agreed with #ittus answer. You can make an object consisting of your required data which you want to share across the component and pass it as an event data.

redux-form how to load data for editing

I am working with redux-form and it seems confusing me to load initial data for edit form but the data is not being validated on submit. I have managed to pass and load data into the fields but that seems not loading into the form props etc. Please see the following piece of code and let me know if need something more.
