Easy Pagination add extra navi bar on top - javascript

Easy pagination plugin has default bottom bar under list.
I tried to add extra navi bar on top.
It displays. But it doesn't work pagination.
here is original code.
var displayNav = function() {
htmlNav = '<div class="easyPaginateNav">';
if(plugin.settings.firstButton) {
htmlNav += ''+plugin.settings.firstButtonText+'';
}
if(plugin.settings.prevButton) {
htmlNav += ''+plugin.settings.prevButtonText+'';
}
for(i = 1;i <= plugin.settings.pages;i++) {
htmlNav += ''+i+'';
};
if(plugin.settings.nextButton) {
htmlNav += ''+plugin.settings.nextButtonText+'';
}
if(plugin.settings.lastButton) {
htmlNav += ''+plugin.settings.lastButtonText+'';
}
htmlNav += '</div>';
plugin.nav = $(htmlNav);
plugin.nav.css({
'width': plugin.el.width()
});
plugin.el.before(plugin.nav);
plugin.el.after(plugin.nav);
var elSelector = '#' + plugin.el.get(0).id + ' + ';
$(elSelector + ' .easyPaginateNav a.page,'
+ elSelector + ' .easyPaginateNav a.first,'
+ elSelector + ' .easyPaginateNav a.last').on('click', function(e) {
e.preventDefault();
displayPage($(this).attr('rel'));
});
$(elSelector + ' .easyPaginateNav a.prev').on('click', function(e) {
e.preventDefault();
page = plugin.settings.currentPage > 1?parseInt(plugin.settings.currentPage) - 1:1;
displayPage(page);
});
$(elSelector + ' .easyPaginateNav a.next').on('click', function(e) {
e.preventDefault();
page = plugin.settings.currentPage < plugin.settings.pages?parseInt(plugin.settings.currentPage) + 1:plugin.settings.pages;
displayPage(page);
});
};
I tried to put plugin.nav .before and .after plugin.el at the same time but top doesn't display and work but buttom one does.
here is jSFiddle link - https://jsfiddle.net/ezq9zf1j/

Use clone to clone the navigation and prepend it to the parent element
$('#easyPaginate').easyPaginate({
paginateElement: 'img',
elementsPerPage: 3,
effect: 'climb'
});
var nav = $('.easyPaginateNav').clone(true,true);
nav.prependTo('body');

DOM createElement() dynamically with click event to div specific url element

I am attempting to build a 9 divs (cards) dynamically containing information about store branch locations. Each card has a unique URL associated with it that links to each branches specific URL.
This approach, within the function, appends the first (0) URL to all the cards:
$("div").click(function() {
window.location = $(this).find("a").attr("href");
return false;
});
This approach appends the last URL (8) to all the cards:
branch.addEventListener("click", function(e){
e.preventDefault();
window.open(prop.pages_url);
})
Code I'm working with:
function buildLocationList(data) {
for (i = 0; i < 9; i++) {
var currentFeature = data.features[i];
var prop = currentFeature.properties;
//Create Card
var branches = document.getElementById('branches');
var url = branches.appendChild(document.createElement('a');
url.setAttribute('href', prop.pages_url);
)
var branch = branches.appendChild(document.createElement('div'));
branch.className = 'card';
branch.id = "branch-" + i;
branch.url = prop.pages_url;
branch.addEventListener("click", function(e){
e.preventDefault();
window.open(prop.pages_url);
})
//Append Branch Card Details
v
var company = branch.appendChild(document.createElement('h5'));
company.innerHTML = prop.name + '<br />';
var distancePhone = branch.appendChild(document.createElement('p'));
if (prop.distance) {
var roundedDistance = Math.round(prop.distance * 100) / 100;
distancePhone.innerHTML = '<span class="miles">Approx. ' + roundedDistance + ' miles</span>' + '<span class="location-phone">' + prop.phone_number + '</span>';
}
else {
distancePhone.innerHTML = prop.phone_number;
}
var address = branch.appendChild(document.createElement('p'));
if (prop.address_line_2) {
address.innerHTML += prop.address_line_1 + ', ' + prop.address_line_2 + '<br />';
}
else {
address.innerHTML += prop.address_line_1 + '<br />';
};
address.innerHTML += prop.address_city + ', ' + prop.address_state + ' ' +prop.address_postal_code + '</p>';
}
}
I would like the card to be clickable with a redirect to each branch's unique URL.
You're storing the URL on the card element:
branch.url = prop.pages_url
All you need to do in the click handler is access the property:
branch.addEventListener("click", function(e){
e.preventDefault();
window.open(e.currentTarget.url);
})
In the context of the event handler, e.currentTarget is the element to which the handler is attached. If you were interested in which element fired the event, you'd use e.target.
Here's your code snippet modified below. I don't think the links will open on here though due to the sandboxed iframe.
function buildLocationList(data) {
for (i = 0; i < data.features.length; i++) {
var currentFeature = data.features[i];
var prop = currentFeature.properties;
//Create Card
var branches = document.getElementById('branches');
var url = branches.appendChild(document.createElement('a'));
url.setAttribute('href', prop.pages_url);
var branch = branches.appendChild(document.createElement('div'));
branch.className = 'card';
branch.id = "branch-" + i;
branch.url = prop.pages_url;
branch.addEventListener("click", function(e){
e.preventDefault();
console.log(e.currentTarget.url);
window.open(e.currentTarget.url);
})
//Append Branch Card Details
var company = branch.appendChild(document.createElement('h5'));
company.innerHTML = prop.name + '<br />';
var distancePhone = branch.appendChild(document.createElement('p'));
if (prop.distance) {
var roundedDistance = Math.round(prop.distance * 100) / 100;
distancePhone.innerHTML = '<span class="miles">Approx. ' + roundedDistance + ' miles</span>' + '<span class="location-phone">' + prop.phone_number + '</span>';
}
else {
distancePhone.innerHTML = prop.phone_number;
}
var address = branch.appendChild(document.createElement('p'));
if (prop.address_line_2) {
address.innerHTML += prop.address_line_1 + ', ' + prop.address_line_2 + '<br />';
}
else {
address.innerHTML += prop.address_line_1 + '<br />';
};
address.innerHTML += prop.address_city + ', ' + prop.address_state + ' ' +prop.address_postal_code + '</p>';
}
}

Masonary reload item not working

I am trying to do gallery portfolio with help of masonry and custom click event. I can hide show images with the click event, but when hide show event complete masonry not reset to again.
link
Here is jQuery code:
var pmo = "#p-masonry_outer";
var ppt = "#p-portfolio_typs";
$('' + ppt + ' li span').on('click', function() {
$('' + ppt + ' li span').removeClass('p-active_work');
$(this).addClass('p-active_work');
var WorkRel = $(this).data("cat");
if (WorkRel != "0") {
$("" + pmo + " > div").hide();
$(".p-masonry a").attr('data-lightbox', '');
$("" + pmo + " > div").each(function() {
var WorkAttrStrip = $(this).data('cat');
var WorkAttr = WorkAttrStrip.split(",");
if ($.inArray(WorkRel + "", WorkAttr) !== -1) {
$(this).show;
}
});
var $container = $('.js-masonry');
$container.imagesLoaded(function() {
$container.masonry();
});
} else {
$("" + pmo + " > div").fadeIn("slow");
}
return false;
}

Fetching data in chunks

I have a carousel which I have built, which gets a list of products from my API and then each product is created as a slide in a carousel. This is all working perfectly.
When the current slide becomes active I download all of the images for that slide and populate the slide. This data also comes from the API.
What I want to do is have a speedier way to do this. At the moment I am loading these one at a time as they become "active". Ideally I want to be able to load 5 in straight away. So that the start of the array (0) is in the center of the loading array. Then when a user navigates left or right through the carousel I want to call in the next one forward or back.
So far my code is working so that when a slide is active it will have all images loaded, the code I have used for this is here:
module.carousel = (function(){
"use strict";
var exports = {};
exports.details = {};
exports.init = function (options) {
var defaultOptions = {
speed: 1500,
next: {},
back: {},
target: {}
};
if(options == null) options = {};
options = $.extend(defaultOptions, options);
exports.details.targetLength = options.target.children('li').length - 1;
exports.details.position = 0;
exports.details.products = options.target.children('li');
options.target.children('li:nth-child(' + (exports.details.position + 1) + ')').addClass('active');
exports.details.position += 1;
getMedia();
function removeActive() {
options.target.children('li.active').removeClass('active');
}
function addActive() {
options.target.children('li:nth-child(' + (exports.details.position) + ')').addClass('active');
}
function nextItem() {
if(exports.details.position >= exports.details.targetLength + 1) {
exports.details.position = 1;
} else {
exports.details.position += 1;
}
removeActive();
addActive();
getMedia();
}
function getMedia() {
var id = options.target.children('li.active').attr('data-id');
$.ajax({
url: "/beta/api/v1/watches/id/" + id + "/media",
dataType: "json",
async: false,
success: function(data) {
var mediaItems = "";
for(var x = 0, tot = data.length; x < tot; x++) {
mediaItems += "<div class='box'><img src='" + data[x] + "' class='intro-image'></div>";
}
$('#' + id + '_media').html(mediaItems);
}
});
}
function previousItem() {
if(exports.details.position === 1) {
exports.details.position = exports.details.targetLength + 1;
} else {
exports.details.position -= 1;
}
removeActive();
addActive();
getMedia();
}
$('html, body').on('swipeleft', function(event) {
event.stopPropagation();
nextItem();
});
$('html, body').on('swiperight', function(event) {
event.stopPropagation();
previousItem();
});
};
return exports;
}());
That is how my carousel works, and this is how I start it :
$(document).ready(function() {
$.getJSON("/beta/api/v1/watches", function(data) {
var productArray = [];
for(var i = 0, tot = data.length; i < tot; i++){
var productItem = "";
if(i === 0) {
productItem += "<li data-id='" + data[i].id + "' class='product active'>";
} else {
productItem += "<li data-id='" + data[i].id + "' class='product'>";
}
productItem += "<div class='product-header'><h3>"
+ data[i].name + "</h3><h3>" + data[i].case_finish
+ "</h3><h3>" + data[i].id + "</h3><h3>£" + data[i].price + "</h3></div>";
var product = data[i];
productItem += "<div id='" + data[i].id + "_media'></div>";
productItem += "</li>";
productArray.push(productItem);
}
$('#carousel').html(productArray);
$(document).on('swipeleft swiperight', function(event) {
event.stopImmediatePropagation();
});
module.carousel.init({
target: $('#carousel'),
next: $('#next'),
back: $('#back')
});
});
});

css has to apply only one seat <li> ( restrict multiple select)

bus reservation
The following code generate multilpe <li> and when the user click seats, the selected seats css will change. but i want to restrict the multiple selection. the user has to be allow to select only one seat, if he select second <li> (seat) , then the first one has to go unselect
DEMO : http://demo.techbrij.com/780/seat-reservation-jquery-demo.php
CODE : http://techbrij.com/seat-reservation-with-jquery
$(function () {
var settings = {
rows: 6,
cols: 6,
rowCssPrefix: 'row-',
colCssPrefix: 'col-',
seatWidth: 30,
seatHeight: 30,
seatCss: 'seat',
selectedSeatCss: 'selectedSeat',
selectingSeatCss: 'selectingSeat'
};
var init = function (reservedSeat) {
var str = [], seatNo, className;
for (i = 0; i < settings.rows; i++) {
for (j = 0; j < settings.cols; j++) {
seatNo = (i + j * settings.rows + 1); // Seat No eg : seatNo = 0+0*0+1 (1)
className = settings.seatCss + ' ' + settings.rowCssPrefix + i.toString() + ' ' + settings.colCssPrefix + j.toString(); // Class each seat class Name=seat row-0 col-0
if ($.isArray(reservedSeat) && $.inArray(seatNo, reservedSeat) != -1) {
className += ' ' + settings.selectedSeatCss;
}
str.push('<li onclick="gettable('+ seatNo+')" class="' + className +" table"+seatNo+ '">'
+'<a title="' + seatNo + '">' + seatNo + '</a>' +
'</li>');
}
}
$('#place').html(str.join(''));
};
var bookedSeats = [5, 10, 25];
init(bookedSeats);
$('.' + settings.seatCss).click(function () {
if ($(this).hasClass(settings.selectedSeatCss)){
alert('This seat is already reserved');
}
else{
$(this).toggleClass(settings.selectingSeatCss);
}
});
First remove the class from all elements, then add it to the selected one.
$('.' + settings.seatCss).click(function () {
if ($(this).hasClass(settings.selectedSeatCss)){
alert('This seat is already reserved');
}
else{
$('.' + settings.seatCss).removeClass(settings.selectingSeatCss);
$(this).addClass(settings.selectingSeatCss);
}
});
Change the else part to:
else{
$(this).toggleClass(settings.selectingSeatCss);
$(".settings.selectingSeatCss").not(this).removeClass('settings.selectingSeatCss');
}
try changing the code in click() event with this one.
$('.' + settings.seatCss).click(function () {
$(this).addClass(settings.selectedSeatCss).siblings(this).removeClass(settings.selectedSeatCss);
});
working Demo. Hope it helps you.
