Pulling both values from 2d array but only showing one - javascript

Hi I'm attempting to pull only the first word in the array I've built — and then on click of "flip" — show the antonym it's paired with. i.e. pull 0 and 1 but only show 0 until a button is clicked (then have 0 switch out for 1). The code below works fine, but as of right now, it's pulling and appending both words to #input.

Your issue is $("#input2").hide().html(words[i]).fadeIn(100); specifically html(words[i]) which is equal to html(['Budding','Accomplished']) and will concatenate the array before adding it to the html.
Change that to $("#input2").hide().html(words[i][0]).fadeIn(100); where words[i][0] is specifically selecting the word at the first index in the array.

Find matched letter from each word in javascript array

I have an array in javascript like that :

I have textarea

So what I want is when I enter letter s then I will get two suggestions books just the first word not the second word I mean not sky Just spring and sweet heart .
I will get two spans

If I type again after s the p letter like sp in textarea then I will get just spring

This problem consists of two parts: Reading and writing your input/output from/to the DOM, and filtering your array books.
The reading and writing part should be easy, there are plenty of guides on how to achieve this.
To filter the books array, JavaScript offers a number of helpful functions:

Create an array of external html pages and shuffle it into several divs

I'm currently working on a site that consists in a grid of divs (4x4) into which a set of texts have to be shuffled at each reload. This basically looks like this at the moment.
My index.htm reads :

The set of texts that I need to be distributed into the boxes (boxes = divs with classnames "case+number") are each in a separate html file (named "case1.html", "case2.html" etc.). I would like these html files to constitute the array, and this array to be shuffled "randomly" into each box.
I tried several things for the past two days, but the solution to this problem seems presently to exceed my (little) competences... I've been impressed by some of the attention given to such questions on this forum and decided to request your help. Thanks !

Why does my value keep returning as "NaN"?

Here is the link to the jsbin.
I was almost finished with my project (I thought I was) and then I tested it out. It is supposed to add buttons with the chosen title of the task and the number of points it awards. Every time the button is clicked the points would be added on to the "Points" section and every 500 points my "Level" would increase.
Upon finishing it, it worked. Then I went to clear the localStorage since that's what I used to save the information, but I wanted to start over. When I did that, the 'Points' section, or 'results' value, keeps returning as "NaN". The code is exactly the same as it was when it worked. Can someone please tell me how to fix this problem, thank you in advance.

You were parsing result.innerText as a number, but its value, initially, was actually either NaN or nothing, both which end up being NaN. One fix is to just check if it parsed to a number, and if it didn't, fall back to 0.
I just basically changed that and removed some getElementByIds that, in my opinion, were redundant, check the addToResult function:

I have a JS script in my php file, and it does not seem to be executing

This started after I converted this same script which was previously laid out in PHP to JS (I tried to change all the syntax.)

This code is meant to show four images, and every 10 seconds, switch all four images simultaneously, going through all of my images in my four arrays. The images are in the images/ directory above my HTML file that contains this code. For testing purposes, I changed myimage1 to change to op.jpg only. This works and correctly shows op.jpg. However, when querying the arrays, instead of the file names, I get undefined. That is problem number one.
Problem number two, when I change my for loop to a more normal looking one like:
for(var i = 0; i < l2; i++)
The script stops working entirely (doesn't show op.jpg and doesn't even try to change the images)... what the hell!
I'm using Firefox and Google Chrome for testing purposes.
