In a .ASPX page with WebForm engine <%..%> syntax, I ng-included an Angular .html template as partial. The .ASPX has many server side controls such as <asp:DropDownList runat="server">. Since the input elements included in Angular template don't have RuntAt attribute, the values are not posted to the server. I could have angular script to update some hidden server side controls on the hosting .ASPX page, but that's not ideal since I want to keep the partial as generic as possible. How do I set them up so that the values in the select elements are posted back? Thanks.

I eventually used javascript to find the angular dropdowns by their IDs, get their values and update some hidden inputs on post. It may not be elegant but worked.

On this form to create a link when I select another committee type the form validates for all of the blank fields that are required. I am trying to figure out a way so those fields don't validate when I select another committee type in the dropdown. Currently when I debug it doesn't get to the post action method in the controller for obvious reasons that the form validates before even getting into the controller.
If you need to see more code like the action method in controller or view model I can provide that as well.

I am using repeater.js to repeat a div with some input fields and button, but the problem is that i want to give each and every div a unique id so that i can extract data from all the fields of that particular div input elements.
this is the HTML Code:

every time i click on the add repater button this div gets replicated but what i also want is that the new div generated should have a unique div id also the curresponding elemnts inside it should have a class or id starting with that id so that data extraction can be easy for that particular div
I was using this Jquery code:
$(".addData").on('click' ,function()
{
alert("hi");
});
This is the repeater i am using: https://pastebin.com/n7g7tdTH
but this code only runs for the very first div on the later generated dynamic divs it doesn't run. I also tried editing the repeater.js but no success because its all dynamic and i am not able to understand where i should edit that code to add a dynamic data-counter value for the div and the corresponding elements.
Can anyone help with this logic?
Another option, to retrieve field values would be to rename all input field id with name (example below) and use repeater.js repeaterVal() to get all the field values .
$(".mt-repeater").repeater();
$("#getVal").click(function () {
$('.mt-repeater').repeaterVal()["group-b"].map(function(fields){
//fields contain the collection of input fields per row
console.log(fields["dosage_form"]);
console.log(fields["brand_name"]);
//....
})
})

For the first problem..
but this code only runs for the very first div on the later generated

You can convert your jquery events into delegated events.. These allow you to catch events on DOM elements based on a selector, so when newer DOM elements are added these are caught too.
So -> $(".addData").on('click' ,function()
As a delegated event becomes -> $(document.body).on("click",".addData" ,function()
The second problem.
but how to get the values from the input field that are present near that button
This can be achieved by traversing up the DOM tree to a parent that surrounds the elements you want,. eg. .row or maybe mt-repeater-cell, as long as it's a DOM element that contains the elements you want to find. Here you can use jquery's closest selector, that will traverse up the tree until it finds the element your after.
So -> $(this).closest('.row').find('#dose_regimen').val()
The above will traverse up the DOM tree until it finds a .row class, we then find element with id dose_regimen etc,.. #dose_regimen and then finally get it's value with .val()

Angular Select doc
The select directive is used together with ngModel to provide
data-binding between the scope and the control (including
setting default values).
So if you are playing with select, then ng-model is must for opertaions related to angular. So your select will be like :
<select id="selectIdentity" name="selectIdentity" ng-model="someModel" ng-change="ChangeAction(someModel)">
And on the controller side :
$scope.ChangeAction = function(data) {
}

In your form, you can use this:

console.log($scope.Rates);

Use ng-submit, bind the required parameters into an object obj, like obj.fromDate, obj.untilDate, and obj.airport in the form. Use button type as submit
Your html would transform into,

Pass obj in ng-submit method getData() which now looks like, getData(obj)
You got to convert the fromDate and untilDate into String. Have a look at this. Replace convertToString() below with the solution mentioned in that link.
Then in your controller getData() would look like,
$scope.getData = function(obj) {
var fromDate = convertToString(obj.fromDate);
var untilDate = convertToString(obj.untilDate);
var airport = obj.airport;
$http.get("/Services/JoppdService.svc/getKombiImport/"+fromDate+"/"+untilDate+"/"+.airport)
.success(function (response) {
$scope.education = response;
});
}
Also, do not have empty spaces (" ") while forming URLs.
If you want to initialize anything, use ng-init like this
You would need to wrap your content inside if you have not already
Also you should use for date inputs
You must use ng-init to initialize these values like ng-init="fromDate = 0".
You could also just declare these variables at the begining of your controller such as $scope.fromDate = 0;
