I dont undestand why the google map unable to get user current location in android device but it work on ios simulator i will be very grateful if anyone of you can help me to solve

Its a bad idea to use navigator directly in ionic, i would recommend using ngCordova and its powerful plugins for cross platform features:
http://ngcordova.com/docs/plugins/geolocation/
Apart from this I would also check if you have enabled geolocation for your app.
You should see something like this:
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION" />
in your AndroidManifest.xml file

leaflet error: this.callInitHooks is not a function error?

I'm using leaflet v1.5.1.
The error from Chrome is:
leaflet.js:5 Uncaught TypeError: this.callInitHooks is not a function
at Object.i [as Marker] (leaflet.js:5)
at map1Rose2.php:77
Below is the minimal code that will reproduce the issue in Chrome. I do NOT see an issue with the function. The error appears at the first 'var' (line 77) in the .
I've prodded and poked at this thing to exhaustion does anyone have an idea?

var fg = new L.featureGroup();
function circleKoords(e) { };
</script>
</body>
</html>
You have to call new L.Marker() or L.marker()
To fix your second error (in the comments) you have to define first your featureGroup and then create the markers.
var fg = new L.featureGroup();
var WA0TJT = L.Marker(new L.LatLng(39.202911,-94.602887),{
contextmenu: true,
contextmenuWidth: 140,
contextmenuItems: [{ text: 'Click here to add mileage circles', callback: circleKoords}],
icon: new L.NumberedDivIcon({number: '1' }),
title:"marker_1" }).addTo(fg).bindPopup("1<br><b>ID: #0013</b><br>WA0TJT<br>Keith Kaiser<br>Platte Co., MO Dist: A<br>39.202911, -94.602887<br>EM29QE").openPopup();
also you will nothing see on the map, because you are not added your featuregroup to the map. And you need a map instance.
var map = L.map('map', {
...
});
fg.addTo(map);

Google Maps code does not work on my file but works elsewhere

The below code actually works and shows the map with correct location and marker (the div with id="map", scripts with javascript function and API) when I put the code into another html document without any other content.
The problem now is that for some reason, when I am using the exact same codes for Google Maps with working API in this HTML, the map does not show up at all.
Here is my code:
<html lang="en" dir="ltr">

#map {
width: 100%; /* The width is the width of the web page */
max-width:450px;
}
</style>
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="../main.css">
<link rel="stylesheet" href="https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/3.3.7/css/bootstrap.min.css">
<script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/3.3.1/jquery.min.js"></script>
<script src="https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/3.3.7/js/bootstrap.min.js"></script>
</head>
<body>
<div class="container">
...
<div class="row">
...
<div class="col-sm-6">
<div id="map"></div>
</div>
</div>
<script>
// Initialize and add the map
function initMap() {
// The location of company
var freshlocation = {lat: 1.337344, lng: 103.912835};
// The map, centered at company
var map = new google.maps.Map(
document.getElementById('map'), {zoom: 7, center: freshlocation});
// The marker, positioned at company
var marker = new google.maps.Marker({position: freshlocation, map: map});
}
</script>
<script async defer
src="https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?key=MYAPIKEY&callback=initMap">
</script>
...
</div>
</body>
</html>
I am wondering if it has something to do with some of the codes in head, such as importing fonts or bootstrap, or the position of the maps div, like putting the map into container or row class. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Ok, I have managed to figure out the answer. Setting the height of the map div solved the problem.

implementing google maps directions with ionic 1

I followed this tutorial on youtube here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gw3AKC4MsGQ
I have done everything the same but have come to a slight problem as the javascript has been updated since the video was made. Any ideas on what changes should be made to my code to accommodate the changes in the javascript?

}

There is no need to initialize map instance per every marker, you could change the flow to:
initialize a map
once the data is loaded, place markers on the map
Example
$(function () {
$.ajax({
url: 'https://rawgit.com/vgrem/e2dda2a255a24df92bff/raw/d9c694b635612ee405c7d16c355dca19adb6380c/geo-locations.json',
success: function (data) {
initialize(data);
}
});
});
function addMarker(map,position){
var marker = new google.maps.Marker({
position: position,
title: 'Click to zoom'
});
marker.setMap(map);
// Zoom to 9 when clicking on marker
google.maps.event.addListener(marker, 'click', function () {
map.setZoom(9);
map.setCenter(marker.getPosition());
});
}
function initialize(data) {
var mapProp = {
zoom: 5,
mapTypeId: google.maps.MapTypeId.ROADMAP
};
var map = new google.maps.Map(document.getElementById("googleMap"), mapProp);
var bounds = new google.maps.LatLngBounds();
$.each(data,function(pos) {
var pos = new google.maps.LatLng(this.lat, this.lng);
bounds.extend(pos);
addMarker(map,pos);
});
map.fitBounds(bounds);
}

jQuery Mobile interferes with Google Maps v3 API

I'm building an app within Phonegap and I've got two parts working on their own, but will not work together.
Here is the HTML I'm trying to render:
<body>
<div id="map"></div>
<div data-role="collapsible-set" id="storeList">
<div data-role="collapsible" data-mini="true">
<h3>Section 1</h3>
<p>I'm the collapsible set content for section 1.</p>
</div>
<div data-role="collapsible" data-mini="true">
<h3>Section 2</h3>
<p>I'm the collapsible set content for section 2.</p>
</div>
</div>
</body>
When my header is in this order, the map shows up, but the jQuery mobile collapsing dropdown does not. This is probably stemming from trying to load jQuery Mobile before jQuery itself.
