Trouble deploying Node.js app to heroku - javascript

I have tested and completed a version of my app that uses Node.js and more specifically it incorporates the node twitter module. When following Heroku's deployment guide and I execute heroku git:clone -a groupmetweetbot I get the following output in the console:
If I continue on and execute the following:
$ cd groupmetweetbot
$ git add .
$ git commit -am "make it better"
$ git push heroku master
the console tells me that the app is deployed.
This leaves me with a few questions. How can I fic this filename too long issue? I can't find any easy answer on how to start and sleep my app on Heroku. Any help is greatly appreciated.

you're hitting this bug https://github.com/npm/npm/issues/3697
you could try using npm v3

React Native, Failed to launch emulator. Reason: No emulators found as an output

I'm trying to run my react native app in emulator by using command react-native run-android but it's throwing that error
Deprecated Gradle features were used in this build, making it incompatible with Gradle 7.0.
Use '--warning-mode all' to show the individual deprecation warnings.

I already setup my android studio and sdk manager, avd manager like it's shown in doc also I already set path but it's still showing that error, anyone know why? Can anyone help please?
You can fix it by using the command :
react-native doctor
This command shows all issues that need to be fixed.
Press f to fix the issues and don't forget to restart your windows
And after then open the emulator before running your project.
Once emulator opened,
run command:
react-native run-android
After fixed:
Don't forget to give me an upvote if that's work.
In My Case, I have to re-run the command in the same terminal where you are trying to run npx react-native run-android
Step 1. paste the source command first
source ~/.bash_profile OR source ~/.bashrc
Step 2. RUN Next command
npx react-native run-android
set your AVD manager path and JDK path like this , also you have to add Android Home path

deploying js with python and spacy lib

I have never setup things this way, I got it running locally but have no clue how I should have do it when I deploy it into an ec2 server
I have a node app running already in ec2 server but recently I have added spaCy into one of my api.
The basic logic is calling the api which runs node and part of the js script uses spawn to process the proc.py file and do some calculation with outputs.
I have tried the following below to setup on my server but of course it failed when calling the api
my original node app is in /var/www/myApp
I used sudo apt install virtualenv then inside my /var/www/myApp I ran the command virtualenv venv which creates the virtual environment...
I did a source venv/bin/activate to get into the virtual environment
Then I started running the commands to install spacy mentioned in the spacy documentation https://github.com/explosion/spaCy
used this command to install pip install -U spacy and python -m spacy download en
Then I ran python -m spacy validate to see if spacy is installed which I got
Installed models (spaCy v2.0.11)
/var/www/myApp/venv/local/lib/python2.7/site-packages/spacy
TYPE NAME MODEL VERSION
package en-core-web-sm en_core_web_sm 2.0.0 ✔
link en en_core_web_sm 2.0.0 ✔
which I believe this means the installation is a success.
But after this, I am not sure what I should do to continue.
I tried running my api but getting this as an error message "err": "Traceback (most recent call last):\n"
I would believe the spacy module is not being called that's why I am getting this error but I am not sure what I should do to get this working.
Would really appreciate for any help, thanks in advance for any advices.
EDIT:
my proc.py code is below
if __name__ == '__main__':
import sys
import json
import spacy
nlp = spacy.load('en')
text = sys.argv[1]
doc = nlp(text)
all_noun_tokens = [ token.lemma_ for token in doc
if (token.pos_ == 'PROPN'
or token.pos_ == 'NOUN'
or token.tag_ == 'NN'
or token.tag_ == 'NNP') ]
print(json.dumps(all_noun_tokens))
P.S. I am wondering if there's any config that I need to do in order for my app to find where the virtuanenv is so it can detect the spacy module?

Error installing node.js on google compute engine docker image

I am trying to setup a node.js app inside docker, using as host the google compute engine VM gci-stable-55-8872-71-0 (debian), from image project google-containers:
$ gcloud compute instances create myvm --image-project google-containers --image gci-stable-55-8872-71-0 --zone europe-west1-b --machine-type f1-micro --scopes compute-rw
then I try to get a docker container running:
$ sudo docker build -t forperfuse/test .
but I keep getting errors when installing node:
The command '/bin/sh -c npm install' returned a non-zero code: 1
all other dependencies install well but node and npm are not installing- I have tried several options but still cannot get it to work, can you please help? many thanks in advance...
I'm not sure about what is going on, looks like the run command in the dockerfile is aiming to a bash that has a weird header. If you can publish them we can try or...
You can use the bitnami docker image available in launcher for free and works like a charm.
https://console.cloud.google.com/launcher
And there search for the node.js image.

Meteor js Windows install error "Failed to contact install server"

I have tried running the install with "Run as Admin" feature on windows too, but the same issue persists.
I see this question has been posted before but still no resolution given.
Basically the following error message comes in the middle of the install and the install stops. Please help.
Error message:
"Failed to contact install server. Please try again later."
Check if you have Node js already installed before installing meteorjs other wise it crashes on Windows sometimes hope it helped.
https://nodejs.org/en/download/
Install meteor with this installer: https://github.com/meteor/meteor/wiki/Preview-of-Meteor-on-Windows
If you are behind a proxy set these parameters HTTP_PROXY and HTTPS_PROXY: Using Meteor behind a proxy
Update your meteor installation: meteor update
The meteor will be updated to the last version.
install from https://github.com/meteor/meteor/wiki/Preview-of-Meteor-on-Windows (the >60MB file) and set the user.meteor folder in your path
the problem with windows installation is too long pathnames (>256) so better try a linux VM

Server-side debugging for Meteor App on Nitrous.io

I've got a simple Meteor app running on a Nitrous box. I'd like to be able to use node-inspector for server-side debugging (as described here), but I'm unable to get to the console.
My Meteor app is running locally on the box at http://0.0.0.0:3000/, and I can view it in Chrome by following the guide here. When I then run node-inspector, I get this message:
Node Inspector v0.8.3
Visit http://127.0.0.1:8080/debug?port=5858 to start debugging.
How can I get to this address? I've tried:
Navigating to https://example-name.example-region.nitrous.io:8080/debug?port=5858
Running: node-inspector --web-host 0.0.0.0
Running: node-inspector --web-host https://example-name.example-region.nitrous.io
Thoughts? Is there a way I can get to this console?
You should change the url on the box,
usually you just run the box running the meteor command
cd workspace
cd myAPP
meteor
and it works, but now you should run this commands.
cd workspace
cd myApp
ROOT_URL=http://machinename.abc1-2.nitrousbox.com meteor
Now run again node-inspector
you should get something like
Visit http://machinename.abc1-2.nitrousbox.com:8080/debug?port=5858 to start debugging.
