The 3D animations on the web page are made by www.kreaturamedia.com
You can find the product from this URL: http://kreaturamedia.com/layerslider-jquery-3d-demo-slider/

I am making chat system with vline and symfony2
vline is webRTC platform and API.
I already integreted it with symfony2.
and suceeded in sending messages each client.
However I want to make good UI like Skype.
For this purpose, what kind of approach is best?
Is there any UI library made by HTML5 and Javascript?
Kind of a vague questions.. but I would suggest Twitter Bootstrap when if you want an out of the box solution for defining your UI modelling.

I am looking for JavaScript library which allows to switch screens like it's done in iOS.
It's ok if it will be with buttons (not touch). The main thing is smooth switching screens.
Thanks.
Check out jQuery Mobile and Sencha Touch

If you go to http://wonderwall.msn.com/, you'll notice that the wall is scrollable...and it's an awesome grid layout.
Is there a library that can do this? Preferably in JQuery
The javascript library used on this site was YUI.
Here is a link to there site.
http://developer.yahoo.com/yui/
Although i dont think there is one plugin that will achieve the total effect. The wonderwall website uses a clever combo of js and good css.

Because it is not possible to force the iPhone to bookmark a webpage, I want a little arrow/bow to drop down to notify people to bookmark my mobile web page.
For any future viewers I would like to add http://cubiq.org/add-to-home-screen
I don't think your question is limited to the iPhone. There are several implementations of "sliding" panels/boxes implemented in jQuery.
Check out this one. It's a login panel that slides when you click it, but I'm sure you could adapt it to be a ribbon that slides down after the page is rendered.
