Javascript image scroll - javascript

I have an image scroll implemented onto the homepage and it's working fine.
The problem comes when I try to add in a href into the equation, I want each image on the scroll to link to a page on the site.
If I add this in now on my .js file it stops the functionality, is this going to be possible?

JavaScript Image Slider in Oracle_ADF 12.2.1

I am trying to implement an animated Image Slider(using HTML) on my website homepage using Oracle-ADF 12.2.1 . The javascript I am using renders the properties in the initial page load but when I navigate back to the page the animation disappears. Could anyone please help me with this?
"when I navigate back to the page the animation disappears”
Presumly you are using an “af:button” to navigate back to your page.
Try adding partialSubmit=“false” to that button. It will reload the entire page, therfore it will act as if you open the page for the first time.

Javascript/CSS/HTML mouseover show remote page with no clickable link

I have a section of a div container text that I'm trying to 'preview' another page, or at least show it when the mouse is over specific text - I don't want the actual text to be clickable since I need it to remain on the 'main' page
I've messed around using some custom CSS's to 'preview' data, locally, and provide a remote img src, but I cannot seem to find any examples to do this for a page.
You can get thumbnails of those pages that you want to show and when they hover that text you can show them that thumbnails. Tt is kind of tricking user since they are not actually seeing the page.

JS gallery page loading differently from main site JS gallery page

My goal is to link to photo galleries directly on a web page that uses a Jquery’s “Animate” and JS/CSS. The page in question is witold.org (click on either photo to go to a gallery I want to link directly.)
I learned why this is not possible due to security issues.
As such, I was thinking that perhaps I can create additional HTML pages for each gallery with just the gallery script. For example, this page.
But even though I am using the same gallery script, linking to the same CSS and same JS, the gallery has a lot of errors. Gallery seems to partially load: no photos load initially but when mouse is over the thumbs they show up, and when one clicks on a thumb the large JPG shows up. But then everything seems to stop working. I can't increment to next photo via clicking thumbs or clicking arrows.
I am missing some fundamental piece of this, but not sure what... I guess my question is that if I navigate to the gallery via main page it works but when I strip only gallery code to a seperate html page the code fails. Any ideas?

javascript entire page fly in and out effect?

Recently I came across a site that had an interesting effect, I can't remember which site it was. The effect is that on navigation click, the entire current page fly away to the top-right corner and disappear, and the new page flys in from the bottom-left and occupy the browser window.
Does anyone know where I can obtain a example code of this effect? Thanks.
Try this
effects
Instead of divs you can do this for your whole page (body element).
First you have to define a class for all links () tags. When the user clicks any link you can call the effect for the whole page.(i.e first on the current page and then when the new page loads you again call the effect)
that's called single/one page theme. see this demo:
http://themeforest.net/item/stratum-html-single-page-template/full_screen_preview/1668778
http://themeforest.net/item/volemo-html-one-page-template/full_screen_preview/1359429
try jquery .scroll()
the key concept is you create a single large page (eg. height: 2500px) then assign anchor-link scroll to fix position.
You can acheive Similar effect on normal site by doing the following to the main body tag
add a click event on the navigation links which uses jQuery effects to slide your page out fast
add an onload($(document).ready();) event to all the pages which slides in the body as you want

jQuery lightbox plug-in bug

If you visit here: http://www.egyptevakantie.nl/dahab, click on the "andere plaatsen" tab, and then click on an image it brings up a magnified image, courtesy of the jQuery lightbox plug-in.
However, if you do the same here http://www.egyptevakantie.nl/dahab?rhys=yes (essentially the same site except for a couple of stylesheets and one or two minor html changes, none of which are in close proximity to the images) the lightbox fails. Instead of overlaying the content the lightbox is appended to the bottom of the page, where it is also displayed weirdly.
So far in debugging I've managed to work out that the plug-in still calculates the correct left and top values for where to place the lightbox, but by the time the dhtml is generated the top value has changed completely.
Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?
I think you are missing the jquery lightbox stylesheet file.
in the first page there is a reference to this css file:
/css/jquery.lightbox-0.5.css
but on the second link there is no reference to this file.
this css file is included in the jQuery lightbox download located here:
http://leandrovieira.com/projects/jquery/lightbox/
If image is appended at bottom page, for sure postion:absolute is not set.
