this is code
const str = '1111';
console.log(Number(str));
But When String's length over 17, it will be have problem
const str = '111100000123121221234'
console.log(Number(str)); // 111100000123121220000
I want to know, what's the principle of convert string to Integer of Number Object. Why convert wrong

I am converting a long Sting of numbers values to number data type with Number() and parseInt() method of js but it is returning a hexadecimal value.
Does anybody know how to convert a long string values of number to Number data type?
// "1245458787546574878756756754561464567867"(type:String) to 1245458787546574878756756754561464567867 (type:Number)
var str = "1245458787546574878756756754561464567867";
console.log(Number(str)); //1.2454587875465749e+39
console.log(parseInt(str)); //1.2454587875465749e+39

I found this code on W3schools for converting decimal into binary.
function dec2bin(dec){
return (dec >>> 0).toString(2);
}
I don't understand what is the purpose for making zero fill right shift in this case? What is the use of setting the shift to 0 (i.e. dec >>> 0) since as I know it doesn't push any binary digit to the right at all?

I would like to return the number, 15.00, in a json payload: {"theNumber" : 15.00}. All my research on SO has suggested to do something like parseFloat(15).toFixed(2), but this always returns a string and therefore does not solve the problem of returning 15.00 as a number / float.
Is it possible to return a number in JS with two decimal values as zeros?

Is this a failure in JavaScript's attempt to convert them to numbers? If so, what numbers are they being converted to? Or what is the logic behind the string 10 being less than the string 9?
It's comparing the strings "alphabetically", and 1 comes before 9 in the character "alphabet".
